Scheda Raccolta Dati Indicatore Parificato Universitario
Tor Vergata University of Rome has relaunched the “ISEE parificato service” for the academic year 2023/2024. This service facilitates the issuance of the ISEE parificato, a crucial document, as you know, for accessing benefits related to tuition fee recalculation.
The service is intended for international students and students with Italian citizenship whose income and assets are held abroad. The procedure is necessary for both students who have not obtained their ISEE parificato yet and those who have received it at a different CAF office than the university’s, needing Delphi to process the value for fees recalculation.
It is recommended to read the instructions carefully and ensure that all the necessary documentation is prepared for your application. Failure to provide the required documentation will impede the tuition fee recalculation process.
Below is your step-by-step guide to getting started:
- Visit the website: https://applynow.uniroma2.it/login
- Log in with your matricola number and Delphi access password
- Then, click on the “New instance” option in the top-right corner of the page
- Choose the “Isee parificato academic year 2023-2024” module and click “Create”
- You’ll be shown two sections to fill out:
– Student’s personal data: Include your matricola number and an actively monitored email address for communication.
– Socio-economic data
If you already have your ISEE parificato issued by a CAF office, select YES and follow the steps below:
- At section 7, specify the Category of the Country issuing the income documents.
- At section 8, insert the value (in euros) of your ISEE parificato (Column T of the said document)
- At section 9, upload your ISEE parificato (one PDF file)
- At section 10, upload your family status certificate (one PDF file)
- At section 11, upload one PDF file with information on your and each family member’s property (income and assets). Ensure these documents are in your native language, legalized and/or apostilled, and officially translated into Italian, as per the instructions on the webpage.
Once you’ve completed both sections, click SAVE. You’ll then have two options:
- Back to editing if you need to make changes
- Send
Upon clicking SEND, your application will be processed, and you’ll receive a message at the specified email address with the subject: NOTIFICATION OF COMPLETED FORM SUBMISSION, along with an identifier number.
– If you want our CAF staff to prepare the ISEE parificato for you:
- At point 7, specify the Category of the Country issuing the income documents.
- At point 8, specify the number of your family members.
- At point 9, add each family member using the “Add” option and insert the mandatory information.
- At point 10, indicate whether you were granted a scholarship in the academic year 2021/2022 (if not, enter “0”).
- At point 11, upload one PDF file of your family status certificate.
- At point 12, upload one PDF file with information on your and each family member’s property.
Important to note: The ISEE parificato issued by Tor Vergata University of Rome is valid solely for internal purposes related to tuition fee recalculation. It cannot be used for scholarship applications and/or other benefits.
Don’t forget the deadline for completing the entire procedure is 15 December 2023.
The ISEE parificato will be prepared by the end of January 2024. Therefore, we kindly request you to reach out to us via email at caf@uniroma2.it only if the tuition fees have not been recalculated after the specified date (end of January). Gear up for the ISEE parificato process and enjoy the rewards!
Students who live outside Italy or who live in Italy but are not independent of a household resident abroad can submit the ISEE parificato in order to benefit from the tuition fee waiver, depending on the economic situation of their family.
The ISEE parificato is the tool used by the University to measure the economic and financial situation of both students residing abroad and non-independent students resident in Italy whose family unit lives abroad and whose income is earned in their country of origin.
Below is the list of the documents for the academic year 2023/2024:
a) Family Status – the composition of your family unit, indicating surname, first name, date of birth and kinship/relationship to all members of your family.
b) Income of each family member (2021 – 2022) and/or any other amounts received from the public administration bodies in the form of social benefits. In the event of divorce, any sums received or paid as maintenance for the children.
c) The immovable and movable property of each family member (2021 – 2022). In the case of real estate assets relating to buildings, if they are owned in Italy, it is necessary to present the cadastral document in order to determine their value. Otherwise, the buildings are valued on the basis of the conventional value of 500 euros per square metre. The absence of assets must be explicitly stated in the documentation. In addition, if the family unit lives in a rented house, the value of the annual rent must be stated in the rental contract.
d) As far as movable assets are concerned, they consist of the balance as at 31/12/2022 and the average balance for 2021 of current accounts, deposits, bank and/or postal passbooks held abroad and in Italy, as well as the balance as at 31/12/2022 of all other types of investments (securities, shares, life insurance, etc.).
These documents must be issued by the competent authorities of the country where the income is earned. They must also be officially translated into Italian by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities of that country, along with the income expressed in euros.
In those countries where it is difficult to obtain such documents, they may be requested from foreign diplomatic authorities in Italy and certified by the Prefecture in accordance with art. 33 DPR no. 445 of 28th December 2000.
Please consult the attached file for further information on the requirements for the legalisation of the above documents according to the country of origin.
