Graduation Sessions

• NEXT > 16 July 2025 – A.Y. 2024-25

There are four sessions to graduate. The 1st Session of the Academic Year is in July, followed by October, February, and April.

Before graduation, a date is set for a technical test (bring your laptop and thesis on a pen drive), during which a technician will see the format of your presentation on the big screen to optimize your presentation. You can contact Mr. Marco Di Genova for more information.

  PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTATION FOR THE GRADUATION

• Request your THESIS ASSIGNMENT at least 3 months before and send it by email to Simona Ranieri.

• DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR GRADUATION: 30 DAYS BEFORE THE GRADUATION
  

PRECAUTIONARY ENROLLMENT:

• In the last year of the student’s career (after the 3rd year), it is possible to register in a “precautionary way” by following the standard procedure on Delphi. (enrollment procedure, checking the box “cautionary request”)
• The deadline to enroll in Delphi is the 31st of December.
• In this way, the student will not pay the fees if the graduation occurs by the last session of April of the previous Academic Year of enrollment. (ex. last enrollment A.Y. 2022-23, the graduation will occur by April 2024).
• Exams can be taken until the February session and can only be registered in the old register of the last academic year of enrollment.
• The last graduation session for the old academic year is in April.
• July is the 1st Session of the new Academic Year.
• Supposing that the student doesn’t complete the exams in the February session or the supervisor decides that the student won’t be able to graduate, he/she must pay for a new registration without paying the additional fee.
• We suggest presenting ISEE-U by 14 December.
