Rules – How to submit and modify your study plan

  1. The submission window for study plans A.Y 2022/2023 is from 12th September 2022 to 12th December 2022.
  2. Study plans submitted outside the submission window will not be accepted but changes to previously approved study plans may be possible under justified reasons.
  3. Changes on previously approved study plans can be requested from 5th September 2022 to 15th March 2023 only.
  4. Students may take examinations only from courses present in their study plan.
  5. It is not allowed under any circumstances to request the recognition of an examination in the study plan after its registration in Delphi.
  6. Examinations taken without prior approval of the study plan will be erased or, in the best-case scenario, considered extra credits in the final academic curriculum. In the absence of an approved study plan, this rule also applies to those examinations which are optional for Engineering Sciences. Anticipation of examinations needs prior approval as well.
  7. Exams of mandatory modules may be taken also in the absence of an approved study plan.
  8. All students may submit the study plan. For students in the first and second year, the submission of the study plan is optional, for students in the third year, the submission is compulsory.
  9. The study plan must be submitted using the following new forms only:
  • FORM A – Study Plan (automatic acceptance) (block A-B-C-D)

BLOCK A: Mechanical/Energy Engineering [30 credits]

  • Fluid Machinery, year 3, semester 1, ECTS 6
  • Energy Systems, year 3, semester 2, ECTS 6
  • Machine Design, year 3, semester 2, ECTS 9

BLOCK D – MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING* [30 credits]

– There is, from now on, a specific path for students of Engineering Sciences willing to attend the M.Sc. Course in Mechatronics Engineering.

– This path consists of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Sciences with block D (Mechatronics Engineering) + Master’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with block C (Mechatronic Systems and ICT).

– This specific path provides deep, thorough, and uniform knowledge about the most relevant topics of interest for Mechatronics Engineers.
