Election Students’ representatives 2024

The B.Sc. in Engineering Sciences calls an election for 4 students’ representatives to be appointed to the Board.
Voting will take place online only. The first round of elections will take place on 25th October 2024 from 01:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local Italian time. Should the first round be void, the second round will take place on 29th October from 01:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. local Italian time.


PRESENTATION OF CANDIDACIES

Candidacies must be presented to the Administrative Office of the Department of Industrial Engineering via email to Daniela Pinto at daniela.pinto@uniroma2.it AND to Carlotta Dell’Arte at carlotta.dell.arte@uniroma2.it by 10/10/2024 at 11.59 p.m. local Italian time. Candidates must submit a personal declaration which will be verified by the Administrative Staff.

VOTING METHOD

To vote, please go to: https://e-vote.uniroma2.it and click the button ‘VOTA’, then insert your university credentials, and follow the instructions prompted on the screen. Voters can give one single vote to candidates only.


VERIFICATION OF ENROLMENT TO THE ELECTORAL ROLLS

Before the voting day, please check your electoral profile by accessing the following link: https://e-vote.uniroma2.it and click on the button ‘VERIFICA ISCRIZIONE LISTE ELETTORALI’.
On the voting day, when you login to the voting portal, the system will verify your eligibility to vote.
